iNav GPS-Free Navigation

iNav, which has issued (US 10488202), provides a means for navigating from a starting point to a destination without having to have continuous GPS connectivity. The patent makes use of magnetic sensing for compass direction and wheel rotation sensing normalized to specific tire circumferences such that the vehicle can provide accurate navigation with either infrequent GPS communication or none at all after initially establishing a starting and ending point.
